Ron currently serves as vice president of sales for Lighting Resources LLC. Starting his recycling career with Lighting Resources in 2009, he was branch manager of the Indiana lamp processing, battery sorting and retort facility.

After exponential growth in the Indiana operations and overall company expansion, Ron was promoted to vice president of sales in 2012. His efforts contributed to 350 percent increase in revenue inside of 10 years.

His experience in holding leadership positions in manufacturing management and commercial sales over the past 30 years has catapulted Lighting Resources into one of the largest universal waste management companies in North America.

Ron also serves on the board of directors of NALMCO (National Association of Lighting Management Companies), an organization committed to the environment by encouraging the recycling of mercury-bearing lamps, electronics and batteries.

Personal interests and hobbies include the occasional round of golf, boating, fishing and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds!
