A block of discounted rooms is available at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel to event attendees at a special group rate of $259.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, May 19, 2025, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

Check-in at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel begins at 4:00 p.m. CT and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. CT. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. CT are subject to a full day charge. Attendees can contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. Please note that while you can request a late check-out, it is not guaranteed and is extended at the hotel's discretion.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-879-0462 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one night's room and tax.

The Battery and Critical Metals Recycling Conference will be taking place in the Symphony Ballroom II and III of the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Registration will be stationed in the Symphony Ballroom Foyer.
