Hotel Information

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $239.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. To reserve your room online at the group rate, please click the link above. To reserve your room by phone, call 1-800-228-9290 and ask for the Battery Recycling Conference rate.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, June 5, 2024, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. Rooms cannot be guaranteed after this time.

Check-in at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Any departures after 12:00 PM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-800-228-9290. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will not be penalized. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within 48 hours of arrival.

The Battery & Critical Metals Recycling Conference will be taking place at the The Westin Buckhead Atlanta in the Grand Ballroom.

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending or sponsoring the Battery & Critical Metals Recycling Conference regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Battery & Critical Metals Recycling Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
