Lauren is an attorney and she serves as Energizer’s Global head of sustainability andhead of U.S. and U.K. human resources. She leads internal and external teams and manages international and domestic HR and sustainability issues for the company. As the head of the sustainability function, she has helped reduce Energizer’s Global Green House Gas Footprint and improve the sustainability of its products and packaging across the globe. Lauren also leads many of Energizer’s social initiatives, including management of Energizer’s DEIB program, is founder of the Women’s Leadership Network at Energizer and serves as a member of the Leadership Counsel for Legal Diversity. Lauren is also a director for 8 Star Energy, which manufactures solar panels, chargers, inverters, portable energy storage and EV charges under the licensed name of Energizer Solar. She is also on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors, was recognized as a St. Louis Business Journal 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 and is a certified pilot and scuba diver.
